Dear Customers.

As it stands, we’re still open, servicing our customers and dispatching as usual. We’re answering the phones, shipping items and performing calibrations (albeit with a 7-day quarantine period before items sent in for calibration are opened to be serviced).

Almost all office staff are working remotely and have access to our IT systems from their homes to process orders, answer emails, provide customer support and carry on their jobs as usual. They can answer telephone calls as normal, which are diverted to their mobiles.

Extra measures are in place in the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment while enabling us to pick and pack as usual. Both DPD and Royal Mail are still picking up and delivering parcels nationwide as usual.

Should any of the above change, we will update this notice. In the meantime, stay healthy, follow government advice and enjoy the wonders of home delivery!
